Refund, Return and Exchange Policy

Late Refunds:

 

You can check the status of your refund by calling on our contact no or via email. If your refund doesn’t appear in your bank statement, and the processing time for your payment method has passed, please contact us immediately.

Note: 

After the courier company has received your item, it can take up to 4 to 5 working days to process your refund.

Will I Be Refunded Any Return Postage Costs?

We’ll refund your return costs on items sold up to our standard delivery option cost, in the following cases:

  • You received an incorrect item.
  • You received a damaged item.
  • You received a defective item.
  • You received an item that does not match its description.
  • You are returning shoes, clothing, jewelry, or watches.

In accordance with your statutory rights, if you received an item sold that is either incorrect, damaged, defective, or doesn’t match its description, we’ll either offer you the option to return the product via a prepaid carrier option or, if that’s not possible and the cost of returning the item exceeds our standard delivery option, please contact us to receive a refund for any reasonable additional postage costs you incurred. Note that we may require proof of postage in order to refund such additional postage costs.

 

If the product is damaged or incomplete, make sure to return the product in the described time. We inform you that some products are not eligible for return and devices or gadgets are not applicable to return after usage.

Electronics & Gadgets

All electronics products are not eligible for return if the product is “No longer needed”

Phones, tablets, earphones, and headsets are exchangeable and returnable in 7-days after the time of order received. If the order is damaged or defective within the time of delivery, your order is eligible for replacement and if the item is out stock then you will be refunded in a 7-days window frame or you will be given voucher if the return window is expired. For device-related issues after usage please contact the brand warranty provider directly (if applicable).

Products must be returned with original packaging and with all tags attached.

Fashion & Style

Custom or hand-made items, women’s and men’s apparels if labeled as non-refundable on the product described page cannot be applicable for return.

Products are exchangeable or returnable in 7-days after the time of order received. If the order is damaged or defective within the time of delivery, your order is eligible for replacement and if the item is out stock then you will be refunded in a 7-days window frame or you will be given voucher if the return window is expired.

Beauty and health products are non-returnable. If the seller has mentioned the product can be exchange or returnable within the given time period, then these items are applicable for return or exchange.
